BOUNCE HOUSE RELEASE OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in the bounce house activities organized by Bounce Bay Area LLC on July 4th, 2024 at Oak Meadow Park, Los Gatos:
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in bounce house activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other participants, and injuries resulting from landing on the inflatable surface.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bounce Bay Area LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the bounce house activities, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.
Voluntary Participation: I certify that I am voluntarily participating in the bounce house activities and that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity.
Photographic Release: I grant permission to Bounce Bay Area LLC to take and use photographs or videos of me during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
